Item as Described happy with stereo head unit good communication Delivery was longer then expected overall happy with my purchase
The car stereo I purchased from Drivecast is fantastic and does exactly what I wanted it to. There was a problem with the wiring harness being supplied with the wrong connector but I contact their support team and they identified the correct component and I received it 2 days later. I would highly recommend their products and will be using them again in the future.
Item delivered without fittings instructions. It took over a week to get any acknowledgement and then instructions for another provider were supplied - which did not do the job. It was impossible to get sensible answers, help or support. Don't believe the promise of support. It felt as if they were unable to give help on the item they supplied. Returned for a refund, thanks to Paypal.
Lack of support, no reply to questions
Where can I get installation instructions. I've lost mine? I cannot find the USBOOX file they refer to.
The camera seems to be good quality but as I am unable to install it I can't comment on performance.
Aftertrying to get radio fitted by a professional.

Was told it would work with my steering wheel controls and it doesn’t , when I reached out they weren’t any help - if they can fix this I’d happily amend this review cause the actual system is great it’s just annoying as the description stated “ retain steering wheel controls”
Still waiting on technical support for a reversing camera issue
Disappointed.
So the screen itself is ok but it doesn’t work with the steering wheel controls and I have reached out for help via emails but they have been ignored. I also purchased a reverse camera and the wrong wire to connect it was sent again I contacted the company to have this resolved but they were not interested in helping. These items were a gift for our daughter and I wish I had used a different company to purchase the items. All I wanted was some advice and help but clearly once money was exchanged that was the end of any communication.
The unit is sound and all the cans andsoftware are preprogrammed, so no need to be looking for a protocol, got added featuresi n my car doors, reverse camera, temp and air con on android, speed whichi never had before
Constantly disconnecting fromWiFi have to keep going into settings and turning back on.It's a constant mess around disconnecting mobile phone reconnecting wifi then back to Bluetooth on phone to reconnect to be able to use android auto . If your on a pop to the shops might not get it to connect in time
Not the best fit into the dashboard had to cut off a misaligned clip to get the unit in without protruding ,once you get it to work it is a good bit of kit but be prepared for a bit of messing about
Cleaned the screen with alcohol before fitting the dab aerial one day in the winter sun and has come unstuck in places works ok have to make sure that you remove any paint on the A Pillar to make sure you get a good earth
Bought it for my daughters car and the loves it

I thought it was easing to plug but more complicated as I thought, dont know how to install it, so a waste of money
The stereo was really bad had lots of issues with it wespecially the little red box tht u need to connect to it e really glitchy it didn’t merge time on car even the video to help install it guy say it was rubbish res box u get with he got a better to install with

Wrong radiosupplied and when sent back said they’ve not received still waiting for outcome
Item came next day, took an hour to install and looks amazing! Guys here helped me with a video upon request.
