14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund. Please read our policy details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
2. Prepare Your Return: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all components, and attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Item: Arrange for shipment using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days.
2. Refund Issuance: If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1-7 business days of the inspection.
3. Deductions: If the returned item is missing components, is not in its original condition, or shows signs of use, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be deducted from your refund.
