The connection cable is not the correct one for my van. I have contacted this company many times. They do not provide a solution to the point that they respond rudely and the only thing they say is that if you cannot, come to our installation site and we will fix it for a small fee. Returning the package has been the option, but so far I have not recovered any money. I think they have scammed me.
The product just about works (Bluetooth constantly disconnecting on apple play) but worst of all the fit is awful for my vehicle. I have at least 15mm gap either side of the stereo.
It’s always disconnecting and glitching , then when you get it connected , it freezes. It connects then disconnects
Great product, only surpassed by the excellent customer service provided by the DriveCast team.
Very responsive and accurate advice.
Only criticism is that the documentation is not 100% clear, but totally balanced by excellent customer servivce

I am still in contact with you and about how to set this up and get the rod connectors for the unit for my van it has not gone very well but broadcast have been helpful so I'm still ongoing with this hopefully you can help me set this up so I do not have to return it
Not fitted yet. Unfortunately no installation instructions were provided with the head unit and I was referred to a uTube video. This video bore no resemblance to my vehicle head unit connections. I am fairly good at installing stuff but this was too difficult to understand without detailed instructions for my vehicle. I am therefore trying to find a technician to install it for me. I am disappointed as this is advertised as 'plug n play'.
The new stereo arrived unboxed and straight to fit , that’s when the issues started there where so many wires from the car and not enough space on the new stereo tried to get intouch but they don’t have a call centre even though it show it on the web site so emailed , only got a reply when I asked for our money back they then asked for photos ,then a parcel arrives with another loom that makes it all work 👍 then we try and fit but the facia is clashing with the car so be prepared to have to remove some of the car internal dash bits see how it goes
Very happy with unit shame it didn’t come with a DAB Ariel as we’re having trouble finding one that fits
As a media player and android system I am extremely happy. Quick startup. Excellent streeming using Netflix and Youtube. Excellent video and audio quality. No problem also while phoning (hands free) Instead of installing a DAB+ antenna, I downloaded an app. Works perfectly. Crisp Sound.
Unfortunately, although stated opposite, it is NOT compatable with the steering wheel controls. It is not compatable with the vehicle’s rear view camera, but works perfectly with a replacement.
The screen is of good quailty but the housing doesn't allow for a solid fix to the dashboard so it does shake when driving. What is disappointing is the lack of information on the settings. I have spent ages trying to stop messages for incorrect settings and front side cameras (BMW) upside down. Also, the microphone (BMW intergated) sounds as if I am underwater. I am still trying to sort out the problems. Drivecast have replied to my emails but have not proveded any help. Just keep asking for photos/videos.

A great addition for a Citroen C4. Got stuck a bit during installation but the Drivecast teams customer service was detailed and fast so it was quickly resolved.
Quite glitchy whenever I need to connect and took away my reverse cam. Needed to buy an extra cable for this, which wasn’t clear.
First one was faulty it happens ! Had to send back at my cost after providing video to prove .Replaced quickly and really pleased with it.all working as it should.
It was very easy to fit the sound quality was better than i expected. I have the bose amp in the boot and the special adapter to accommodate it was easy to install. Head unit runs slow wich i was not expecting as i had a xtons head unit in my TT with samp spec but running android 9 which was much faster. And this head unit is incompatible with some apps i wanted to install like Navradio
Nice one 👍 it's definitely an upgrade to what I had and it's really made a difference. I no longer need to use one of those ugly phone holders that don't even hold well.
I didn't expect to like it so much. I am so used to it now that I can't imagine driving without CarPlay. It's so useful and such a luxury to have.

it's a decent stereo, it does what is says, it doesn't lag, it connects quickly and has all the functions I need. nav is easy to use and it's nice to have traffic updates when using online maps, so it's much better than using an OEM car nav system. all in all a good purchase
even for a car that has a factory navigation system, having an Android stereo is still an upgrade. Maps just work so much smoother and you get traffic updates and accurate ETAs. That's the main reason I got it. Having apps like youtube and spotify is a bonus.
We got this for our campervan and it's so worth it. I can't recommend it enough. We use it a lot when travelling and you really can never get bored with it. You can split the screen and have maps on one side and youtube playing on the other. We also watch tv on it occasionally
This stereo honestly fits the dash so well and looks amazing. Quite pleased with the functionality of it as well. It's got everything you need. You can even watch telly on it.
